All Over The Place

A collection of bags that I use when out shopping for household items.

Everything in the world feels really messed up, jumbled and cruel. So, today I decided to take a photo of each bag I could find and then play around with removing the background in Pages. Let's just say Pages isn't as good at removing the background as Canva but it is better at this task than PowerPoint.

Anxiety.

Then I went for a long walk along the trail by the pond where ducks were quacking and through the forest of trees. I only looked over my shoulder twice. No woman wants to be Datelined

Anxiety.

Coming home I sang along to Toxic on the radio and shielded my eyes from the sun.

Gas was $5.45/gallon.

And, later, while eating leftover pasta someone posted something about someone else trying to take out Trump. I didn't pause my scrolling. The pasta was still cold.

I showered, jumped into PJs, and danced around to DJ Shadow and Run The Jewels while finishing laundry. I stopped for a second and realized that the song held up a little too well. It dropped nine years ago.

Anxiety.

It was cool and clear out in the night. After completing other bedtime rituals I lay there in bed and read my book.

While drifting off, I hoped for the best even though that's possibly the most lame thought to have right now.

Anxiety.
